TEDIZOLID OBSERVATIONAL STUDY
OBJECTIVE
A prospective, multicentre, observational real-world evidence study to evaluate prescribing patterns, clinical outcomes and safety of Tedizolid 200 mg in patients with diabetic foot infection.
VISIT 1 (D0): BASELINE VISIT
- Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition.
- Questionnaire: Complete two sets of pretreatment questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
- Image Submission: Upload pretreatment anonymized patient images.
VISIT 2 (D10): INTERIM ASSESSMENT
- Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition again.
- Questionnaire: Complete two sets of follow-up questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
- Image Submission: Upload post-treatment anonymized patient images.
VISIT 3 (D20): TREATMENT ASSESSMENT
- Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition again.
- Questionnaire: Complete two sets of follow-up questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
- Image Submission: Upload post-treatment anonymized patient images.
